Typhoon Storm Watch 2013 season forecast
For November : 
A total of 4.5 to 5.5 storms should form in this year's November.
Due to unusually warmer than average waters of the western pacific, slightly more tropical systems than average would form during November, and this is expected to go well into December. 
Overall Season total: 
About 4.5 typhoons could possibly reach category 5 by the end of this season, and up to 6~7 super typhoons could overall form by the end of this season.
